The diesel tank needs to be removed before installation
1. Clean (key) to prevent explosion at high temperature in the next process
2. Cut holes, open all holes and refueling ports.
3. Welding flange (connecting plate)
4. Install the heater, install the heater on the welding flange, tighten the lock nut and install the oil tank.
5. Connect the soft water pipe, observe whether the intercooler has more inlet and outlet, if not, cut off the water inlet pipe and install 3 channels,
connect with the heater, install an inlet and outlet valve in the middle, control the flow, and the backwater can be directly returned to the
intercooler or the engine (according to the model).
6. Connect the inlet and return oil, if does not have auxiliary fuel tank.Heater can be used separately (if cold start allows).If low grade diesel oil is
allowed to be attached to a separate small fuel tank for cold start, the heater valve has inlet and return oil connection mark and auxiliary diesel tank connection mark.
